Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Timekeeping Supervisor for our Clark office to lead a team of 6–15 timekeeping associates and ensure accurate payroll data for 10,000+ employees. You will partner with Operations, HR, and Finance to deliver timely, compliant timekeeping and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in payroll/timekeeping, 3+ years of timekeeping experience, and proficiency with UKG Kronos or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Finance- or HR-related field or its equivalent is acceptable.
• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years leading professional employees.
• 3+ years of experience with Timekeeping.
• Proficiency in UKG (Payroll & WFM) or Kronos or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, manage, and train a team of Timekeeping associates (6–15).
• Ensure timekeeping data accuracy for payroll feeds.
• Enter Paid Time-Off and adjust time missed by employees.
• Communicate exceptions to timekeeping system with employees/supervisors.
• Ensure payroll submission deliverables are accurate and deadlines met.
• Provide clear reporting to Directors and cross-functional teams.
