Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Timekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of timekeeping associates at the Clark office. You will ensure accurate payroll data, manage exceptions, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes.

The role requires prior timekeeping leadership and strong system proficiency. The successful candidate will oversee payroll deliverables, drive process improvements, and communicate insights up to Director level while maintaining high-quality reporting and timing

Qualifications

• Finance- or HR-related field or its equivalent.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be amenable to work onsite at Asurion Clark office.
• 2+ years leading professional employees.
• 3+ years of experience with Timekeeping.
• Proficiency in UKG / Kronos or other similar time tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Desirable: Excel and PowerPoint; process improvement / Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, manage, and train a team of 6–15 Timekeeping associates.
• Ensure timekeeping data accuracy for payroll feeds.
• Enter Paid Time-Off and adjust time missed by employees.
• Communicate with employees/supervisors to capture exceptions.
• Ensure payroll submissions are accurate and deadlines met.
• Adjust for system or employee issues.
• Ensure supervisors approve timecards.
• Report performance and trends to Directors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Act as the point of contact for timekeeping requests.
