Job summary

Spotlight Media is seeking an Operations Specialist focused on TikTok Shop, working directly under an Account Manager to translate strategy into action and ensure flawless execution across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities include back-end operations, cross-functional coordination, performance tracking, and ongoing campaign support, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, ecommerce operations, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop strongly preferred
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, DTC, or other marketplaces is a plus
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards
• Understanding of creator workflows, affiliate mechanics, and content-driven commerce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight
• Growth mindset with interest in expanding scope over time

Responsibilities

• Register campaigns, flash sales, and backend promotions across accounts
• Execute day-to-day TikTok Shop backend operations: campaign setup, product and shop management, sampling workflows, content tracking
• Coordinate sample orders and product logistics for multiple brands
• Support CRM campaign setup and monitor shop health, inventory, listings, and campaign readiness
• Proactively flag operational risks or issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams
