Job summary

Envision Horizons is a global marketplace growth agency helping brands accelerate on Amazon, Walmart, and other major retail networks. We seek a TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day TikTok Shop client accounts, ensuring listings are clean, shop health is maintained, and issues are resolved promptly.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace support, account coordination, customer success, or digital marketing.
• At least one year of hands-on TikTok Shop experience required, including familiarity with TikTok Seller Center.
• Experience supporting product listings, catalog updates, inventory, promotions, order management, fulfillment, reporting, or platform-support processes within TikTok Shop.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets or Excel; experience with Asana and Slack is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or another e-commerce platform is preferred.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations for brand accounts, including orders and inventory.
• Write and optimize PDP copy and imagery to meet TikTok Shop standards.
• Monitor shop-health, order performance, fulfillment metrics, and KPIs; escalate issues.
• Resolve listing, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and policy issues.
• Maintain trackers for inventory, orders, listings, promotions, and issues.
• Ensure product information, pricing, inventory, and attributes are accurate in TikTok Shop.
• Document processes, recurring issues, resolutions, and SOPs.
• Coordinate product creation, uploads, and catalog checks.
