We are hiring a full-time Client Success Manager for TikTok Shop to work with a TikTok Shop growth marketing agency that manages and grows 10+ US and UK TikTok Shops. The company works with high volumes of TikTok creators to build ongoing content pipelines for its clients, with a strong focus on turning creator content into revenue. This is not a traditional customer success role. We need someone with strong, hands-on TikTok Shop experience who understands how to actually grow a shop. You'll work directly with US-based clients, develop TikTok Shop growth strategies, oversee creator and content activity, and lead the internal team responsible for execution. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, proactive, and confident enough to represent the agency directly with clients. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and ongoing growth of TikTok Shops across a portfolio of DTC clients
• Develop clear growth plans based on each brand’s products, goals, existing performance, and opportunities within TikTok Shop
• Lead and manage the internal team responsible for executing TikTok Shop and creator initiatives
• Review team output regularly and provide clear feedback to improve creator strategy, content quality, and overall
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables and follow up when execution is falling behind
• Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team, translating client feedback into clear direction and next steps
• Review TikTok Shop performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversions, creator performance, and content output
• Lead client calls, communicate strategy and results, and act as a trusted point of contact for US-based clients
• Work closely with creators and influencers to ensure content aligns with the brand and overall TikTok Shop strategy
• Review creator content and provide actionable feedback on hooks, messaging, positioning, offers, and creative direction
• Identify when a brand needs different or additional creator content and communicate those needs clearly to the team
• Monitor creator relationships and elevate issues around content, communication, deliverables, or shop performance when necessary
• Ensure the team is executing against client goals and proactively follow up when deliverables or initiatives are falling behind
• Build testing strategies around creators, products, messaging, offers, and content formats
• Report results to clients and translate performance data into clear recommendations and next steps
• Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, creator strategies, and new opportunities that could impact
• Maintain clear internal and client communication through Slack and other company systems

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, performance marketing, creative strategy, or a similar role
• Must have hands-on experience growing TikTok Shops and developing the strategy behind that growth
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, including creator/affiliate strategy, content, product promotion, and the factors that drive shop performance
• Experience working directly with creators and influencers and evaluating content from a performance perspective
• Strong understanding of short-form creative and what makes TikTok content convert
• Experience leading a team and holding people accountable for execution and results
• Confident working directly with US-based clients and leading client meetings
• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable analyzing results and turning performance data into actionable recommendations
• Proactive and independent - able to identify problems, recommend solutions, and move strategy forward without
• Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
• Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING

Nice to have:

• Experience working for a TikTok Shop, influencer, UGC, or performance marketing agency
• Background as a Creative Strategist, Head of Creative, Head of Marketing, or similar strategy-focused role
• Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands
• Experience managing high-volume creator or affiliate programs
• Familiarity with TikTok paid media and how organic, affiliate, and paid creative strategies work together
