Klaiya in Manila seeks an experienced TikTok Shop Operations Lead to own and scale our ecommerce channel from the ground up. You will drive the overall strategy, manage the end-to-end sales funnel, and oversee store operations, content creation, livestreams, and paid traffic to hit aggressive GMV targets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record scaling brands on social platforms, strong analytics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading e-commerce operations on TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
• Experience scaling brands from zero to growth with hit products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall TikTok Shop operating strategy.
• Translate brand goals into monthly and weekly operational plans.
• Oversee store operations, content, livestreams, creator networks, and paid traffic.
• Analyze traffic, CTR and CVR to optimize future broadcasts.
