Job summary

Klaiya in Manila is seeking a marketing specialist to plan and execute campaigns that promote products and generate leads on-site. You will manage TikTok, Google, and Meta ads while analyzing performance to optimize ROI and run A/B tests.

You will draft compelling copy and content for short-form videos, posts, and landing pages, collaborating with creators and teams to drive growth. 1–3 years' experience is preferred, fresh grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficiency with ad platforms (TikTok Ads preferred), analytics tools, and CRM/email platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project, time management, and communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs to promote products, generate leads, and drive brand awareness.
• Manage ad campaigns across channels like TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
