Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a senior TikTok Shop and E-commerce Manager to own and scale the TikTok Shop presence for a fast-growing snack brand. You will manage end-to-end operations, run creator and affiliate programs, and drive revenue through paid ads across multiple platforms.

The role requires deep TikTok expertise and hands-on execution with ownership of revenue across channels. Remote role with US business-hours overlap; USD compensation and bi-monthly payroll.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in TikTok content, creator management, affiliates, and paid ads.
• Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to revenue.
• Experience managing at least one additional platform such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop end-to-end: listings, pricing, promotions, storefronts, creator strategy.
• Drive revenue via organic content and paid ads on TikTok.
• Scale creator and affiliate programs with sales focus.
• Replicate successful TikTok strategies across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire and other channels.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads across multiple platforms.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV; take data-driven actions.
• Provide reporting and actionable insights across all channels.
