Job summary

Sodarizer is seeking a Livestream Manager to own and scale its livestream sales engine across TikTok Live, Shopee Live, LazLive, and Facebook Live. This channel-focused leadership role builds teams and systems to keep Sodarizer live and selling daily.

You will recruit and train internal hosts and external affiliates, plan schedules across long hours, coordinate with operations, and track performance to continuously improve conversion and revenue.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in livestream commerce, affiliate selling, or live selling with e-commerce brands.
• Experience building and managing livestream seller teams and/or external affiliates.
• Experience planning and running live selling schedules across long operating hours.
• Proven ability to drive sales in live sessions and explain revenue impact.
• Sales-first mindset with ownership, urgency, and stamina.
• Clear communicator and coach, able to recruit, train, and manage people.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pool of livestream sellers (internal and affiliate).
• Plan and manage livestream schedules for daily coverage.
• Train hosts on scripts, offers, objection handling, and live flow.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and inventory for execution.
• Track performance and test scripts, offers, and formats.
• Drive sales growth focusing on conversion and revenue.
