Job summary

Tec-Do is seeking an experienced professional to own end-to-end delivery management for TikTok Shop clients in the Philippines. You will bridge clients with internal teams and shape growth across creators, ads, livestreaming, and promotions.

You will lead project teams, manage delivery cadence, and be accountable for client metrics like GMV and ROAS, while driving renewals and upsells. Strong English communication is essential; familiarity with Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or client management.
• Experience with TikTok Shop operations and ecosystem.
• Strong English communication; Chinese a plus.
• Proven ability to own clients and meet performance targets.
• Experience in team leadership or project management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery management for TikTok Shop clients in the Philippines, bridging clients and internal teams.
• Develop growth strategies across creators/KOLs, paid ads, livestreaming, short-form video, promotions, product listing, and other workstreams.
• Lead or participate in project teams; manage delivery cadence and client metrics (GMV, ROAS).
• Regularly report progress to clients; drive renewals, upsells and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate internal resources across operations, media buying, content, creators/KOLs to ensure timely delivery.
• Track platform rule/policy changes and enable clients and internal teams accordingly.
• Collaborate with BD team on new client proposals and oversee delivery execution.
