Job summary

Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms. We are expanding our social commerce capabilities and seeking a Sampling & Affiliate Coordinator to build a strong creator pipeline, coordinate product sampling, and ensure creators have what they need from recruitment to campaign activation.

You will manage high-volume outreach, maintain pipelines, and collaborate with the community manager

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop operations and creator recruitment.
• Strong ability to maintain organized trackers and report on pipeline health.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end logistics including shipping and address verification.
• Willingness to work a full-time graveyard shift (Pacific/Eastern Time) from a reliable home office.
• Excellent written English skills and prior agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a creator recruitment pipeline.
• Run outreach via ReachER, email, and other channels.
• Identify and recruit creators matching brand and campaign needs.
• Manage sample request approvals and creator shipping flow.
• Confirm addresses, shipping details and request status.
• Maintain sample demand and prevent stale requests.
• Monitor recruit→approved sample→received→posted flow.
• Coordinate handoff with community manager after recruitment.
• Maintain creator outreach lists, statuses, and pipeline reporting.
