Podean is a leading marketplace agency guiding brands on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other digital commerce platforms. We seek a Community Coordinator to foster creator relationships and support influencer campaigns across TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building vibrant creator communities that drive brand growth and authentic customer connections. Remote role aligned with Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop workflows and creator campaign management.
• Agency environment experience managing large creator networks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with real-time creator communication (WhatsApp).
• Ability to deliver creator performance insights and reports.
• Willingness to work a remote schedule aligned with Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem.
• Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions.
• Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active.
• Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations.
• Help creators understand content needs and how to improve performance.
• Track posting activity, momentum, and participation.
• Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base.
• Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems.
• Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions.
