Job summary

Podean seeks a TikTok Shop Admin (Shop Operations Coordinator) in the Philippines to manage onboarding, catalog setup, data hygiene, and shop health across marketplaces including TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in managing shop backends (TikTok Shop, Seller Center, Shopify) with a deep understanding of product catalog management and listing quality.
• Strong track record of maintaining high-quality backend data and performing regular system audits.
• Ability to monitor account health, identify policy violations or operational risks, and execute timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute shop onboarding tasks and launch readiness checks
• Set up and maintain products, variants, bundles, attributes, and listing quality
• Maintain backend product data hygiene and shop organization
• Monitor shop health, policy issues, violations, and operational risks
• Check for stock, logistics, refund, order, and system issues that require follow-up
• Update operational data points in the Command Center and internal trackers
• Handle standard fixes and route non-standard issues to the right owner
• Support system accuracy across shop backend tools and reporting inputs
• Maintain repeatable setup standards and QA checklists

We are seeking an experiencedShop Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other leading eCommerce platforms.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through product catalog management, shop onboarding, backend maintenance, and proactive monitoring of shop health. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering seamless marketplace operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive client success and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Execute shop onboarding tasks and launch readiness checks
• Set up and maintain products, variants, bundles, attributes, and listing quality

What We’re Looking For

• E-Commerce Backend & Marketplace Expertise: Proven proficiency in managing shop backends (TikTok Shop, Seller Center, Shopify), with a deep understanding of product catalog management, including variant setup, bundles, and listing quality optimization.
• Data Integrity & Operational Hygiene: Strong track record of maintaining high-quality backend data, performing regular system audits, and ensuring 100% accuracy in operational trackers and command center dashboards.
• Shop Health & Compliance Management: Demonstrated ability to monitor account health proactively, identify policy violations or operational risks, and execute timely resolutions to maintain store compliance and integrity.
• Process Rigor & Quality Control: Experienced in establishing and adhering to repeatable setup standards and QA checklists to minimize listing error rates and reduce client escalations.
• Technical Problem-Solving & Triage: Skilled in navigating operational bottlenecks—such as stock, logistics, refund, or system integration issues—and effectively routing non-standard complexities to appropriate internal stakeholders.
