Job summary

Podean is seeking a Community Coordinator to foster meaningful relationships with creators and support influencer campaigns across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms. You’ll onboard creators, facilitate clear communication, and drive engagement to help creators succeed throughout every campaign.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building vibrant creator communities that drive brand growth and authentic customer connections.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop workflows and influencer campaigns.
• Track record managing creator networks for multiple brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for real-time creator liaison.

Responsibilities

• Welcome creators and onboard them into the brand ecosystem.
• Share briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions.
• Manage WhatsApp or community channels and keep engagement active.
• Support creators with questions about posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations.
• Help creators understand what content is needed and how to improve performance.
• Track creator posting activity, momentum, and participation.
• Nurture creator relationships and maintain trust with the creator base.
• Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems.
• Publish weekly creator activity recaps with next actions.
