Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a multilingual Language - Thai specialist to support customers onsite in Quezon City. The role requires fluent Thai, English proficiency, and the ability to handle inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels.

You will work in a dynamic team with shifting/night schedules, contributing to order-to-cash customer interactions and billing support. Opportunity to grow and be promoted to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Thai language fluency required for customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of English is needed for training and systems.
• Ability to understand implied meanings in conversations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Thai Language
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
