Job summary

Unilever is seeking a People Operations Hub Specialist who is fluent in Thai and experienced with Workday in a hybrid role based in Taguig, Philippines. You will manage employee data, onboarding, and lifecycle transactions to ensure accurate records and smooth HR processes across functions.

The role collaborates with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT to resolve data issues, support compensation changes, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written) for professional communication with Thai-speaking employees.
• Intermediate to Advanced Workday experience with hands-on expertise in data management, onboarding, promotions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee data transactions accurately in Workday and maintain records, org assignments, compensation data, and cost centers.
• Set up Workday profiles, process onboarding transactions, and generate employment contracts and HR letters.
• Process promotions, transfers, and organizational changes; coordinate with local stakeholders for timely movements.
• Support compensation and benefits changes; assist with merit increases and payroll-related transactions.
• Process employee separations and offboarding; ensure completion within SLAs.
• Update SOPs and process docs; drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Generate Workday reports and support data validation, audits, and insights.
