The People Operations Hub Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely employee lifecycle support and employee data management through Workday. The role partners with employees, People Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT teams to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining data integrity across all HR systems. This role requires a fluent Thai speaker and Intermediate to Advanced Workday experience. These are non-negotiable requirements and will be assessed during the hiring process.
Execute employee data transactions accurately and efficiently in Workday. Maintain employee records, organizational assignments, compensation data, cost centers, and other employee information. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies. Conduct regular audits and corrective actions to maintain high data quality standards.
Set up employee Workday profiles upon approval from the Talent Team. Process onboarding transactions and maintain employee records. Generate employment contracts, business letters, certificates, and other HR documentation as required.
Process promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and other employee lifecycle transactions in Workday. Coordinate with local market stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of employee movements. Manage EIB submissions for mass employee data changes.
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT teams to ensure compensation and benefits changes are accurately reflected in systems. Support merit increases, bonus plans, and compensation-related transactions. Investigate and resolve employee data issues impacting payroll and benefits administration.
Process employee separations and termination transactions in Workday. Coordinate with in-market stakeholders to ensure completion of offboarding, clearance, and severance activities. Ensure all exit processes are completed within agreed service levels.
Ensure timely integration of Workday with downstream HR systems. Update and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge articles. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the People Operations Hub.
Generate Workday reports while ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements. Support employee data validation, audits, and reporting activities. Partner with People Partners, Rewards, Payroll, and other stakeholders to maintain data quality and provide insights.
Fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate professionally with Thai-speaking employees and stakeholders. Intermediate to Advanced Workday experience with hands-on expertise in: Employee data management Onboarding and employee setup Promotions, transfers, and organizational changes Compensation and benefits transactions Employee exits and offboarding Workday reporting, audits, and data maintenance
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Administration, People Experience, or HR Advisory. Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations. Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar case management platforms. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
