Job summary

Unilever is seeking a People Operations Specialist focused on Workday employee data management and Hire-to-Retire processes. You will handle high-volume transactions, process joins and exits, and ensure accurate data across markets.

Collaboration with in-market partners and stakeholders will be essential to maintain data integrity and timely HR services. The role requires strong Experience with Workday and ServiceNow, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, employee experience, or HR advisory.
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country or regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday employee data across hires, promotions, exits and role changes.
• Resolve cases from ServiceNow and ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Coordinate EIB uploads for bulk data changes and validate data integrity after transfers.
• Support pay and benefits data in payroll systems and monitor OTIF processing.
