Job summary

Unilever is seeking a People Operations Specialist with expertise in Workday data management and Hire-to-Retire processes. You will handle high-volume HR activities, from new hires to terminations, ensuring data accuracy and governance across markets.

You’ll collaborate with in-market partners to complete joiner steps, updates to cost centers, and benefits enrollments while supporting process improvements and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, employee experience, shared service centers, HR advisory, HR partnering.
• Familiarity with HR processes and policies in multi-country or regional operations.
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or similar systems like SAP).
• Experience supporting data migrations, mergers & acquisitions, separation or mass-change programmes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday employee data and Hire-to-Retire processes in the assigned markets.
• Set up Workday profiles for new hires and generate contracts.
• Process hires, role changes, promotions, and exits with data accuracy across elements.
• Coordinate with in-market partners and stakeholders for case resolution and data integrity.
• Maintain compensation data in payroll systems and oversee benefits enrollment.
• Validate transfers and reconciliations; raise defects to closure.
• Create/update local SOPs and flag technical issues to stakeholders.
