Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking 20 Thai Language Speakers to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels. You will provide support in both English and Thai, assisting with account inquiries, billing concerns, product information, and general support while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Role is onsite at Quezon City with shifting/night schedule. The position offers a base salary in PHP plus a PHP 20,000 sign-on bonus and incentives,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai: able to speak spontaneously and understand complex conversations.
• Working knowledge of English (training and client systems in English).
• Previous collections experience and understanding of Order-to-Cash is preferred but not required.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines with valid working VISA; Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally in English and Thai.
• Resolve account-related inquiries, service requests, and billing concerns.
• Document interactions accurately using company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and CSAT goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
