Teradyne is seeking a Board Repair Specialist to debug and repair defective boards and perform first level system maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduates with board repair experience and skills in troubleshooting and desoldering; validation experience for medium and high-end testers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduate with board repair experience.
• Skilled in board troubleshooting, desoldering and repair.

Opportunity Overview

The Board Repair Specialist is responsible in the debug and quality repair of defective boards.

He/She is likewise expected to do first level system maintenance. Other responsibilities also include working with the Test Engineer in process requirements, quality improvements, reliability issues, as well as meeting repair goals.

All About You

• Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduates with relevant experience in board repair
• Knowledgeable in electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering, and repair
• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-endtesters is an advantage.
