Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Test Management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Testers, Key Users, Process Experts, Automation Engineers, and Solution Team
• Strong capability to identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Experience supporting large-scale project implementations, releases, or transformations is an advantage
• Knowledge with SAP R3 and SAP4Hana is a plus
