Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions Inc. is seeking a Test Manager to lead testing efforts across projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including testers, process experts, and automation engineers, ensuring effective test strategies, risk management, and defect resolution.

Responsibilities include planning testing roadmaps, overseeing environments, and driving continuous process improvements. SAP R3 and SAP4Hana knowledge is a plus; 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in test management or QA leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams of testers, key users, process experts, automation engineers and solution teams.
• Strong ability to identify, assess, elevate, and mitigate testing risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale project implementations, releases, or transformations is a plus.
• Knowledge with SAP R3 and SAP4Hana is a plus.

• Manage risks and issues related to testing and QA.
• Maintain active defect management with testers and solution groups.
• Prepare testing reports and defect analyses for management review 80%.
• Drive continuous improvement (process optimization/standardization).
• Identify bottlenecks and propose digitalization improvements 10%.
• Oversee performance management for maintenance & support.

Qualifications

• Strong capability to identify, assess, elevate, and mitigate testing risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale project implementations, releases, or transformations is an advantage
• Knowledge with SAP R3 and SAP4Hana is a plus
