Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Testers, Key Users, Process Experts, Automation Engineers, and Solution Team.
• Strong capability to identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate testing risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale project implementations, releases, or transformations is an advantage
• Knowledge with SAP R3 and SAP4Hana is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed testing plans as part of the overall roadmap.
• Oversees test environment setup, data preparation and tool selection.
• Supports creation and improvement of test concepts.
• Derives test scope from project or deployment scope.
• Oversees manual and automated testing activities.
• Plans and executes test management with the team.
• Acts as main point of contact for quality assurance across the project.
• Manages risks and issues related to testing and QA.
• Creates testing reports and defect analyses for management review.
• Drives continuous improvement and standardization of processes.
• Identifies bottlenecks and recommends digitalization.
• Monitors performance maintenance and support.

Job Description
