Margot Test Integration Services is seeking a capable technician to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain tester and handler equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime and supporting line-sustaining activities during daily operations.

You will calibrate, inspect, and optimize performance, participate in customer projects, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues while adhering to customer requirements. Shift work is required.

Formación

• Graduate of a technical or engineering course.
• Preferably with relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, especially troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment and handlers.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of tester and handler equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Assist in line-sustaining activities, including calibration, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections.
• Provide technical support to customers during daily shift operations and resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
• Support equipment performance metrics—yield, utilization, and productivity targets.
• Participate in customer technical and operational projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify abnormalities, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze operational problems and recommend solutions; follow through on CAPA actions.
• Plan and execute equipment enhancement to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer representatives to resolve issues and improve operations.

• Perform repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of tester and handler equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize equipment downtime
• Assist in line-sustaining activities, including equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections
• Provide technical support to customers during daily shift operations and resolve equipment-related issues promptly
• Support company initiatives to achieve equipment performance metrics, including yield improvement, equipment utilization, and productivity targets
• Participate in customer technical and operational projects, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Monitor product and equipment performance, identify abnormalities, and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational and equipment problems, recommend solutions, and follow through on corrective and preventive actionsEvaluate, qualify, maintain, and calibrate equipment to ensure reliable operation and compliance with customer requirements
• Plan and execute equipment enhancement and improvement activities to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer representatives to resolve technical issues and continuously improve equipment operations

About you
