Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. is seeking a test-focused engineer to operate ATE systems and perform production test runs. You will collect data, troubleshoot failures, and support NPI and prototype testing in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Basic electronics knowledge and Excel proficiency are also expected.

About the role

This role involves operating ATE systems and executing production test runs in a manufacturing environment, with responsibilities spanning test execution, data collection, troubleshooting, and support for engineering activities including NPI and prototype testing.

Key responsibilities

• Operate ATE systems
• Execute production test runs
• Monitor yields and collect data
• Reject verification and sending of samples to FAC
• Capture and troubleshoot failures
• Perform hardware handling and test setup specially for NPI and prototype testing
• Support NPI, prototype testing, design validation and other engineering activities
• Maintain documentation and shift handovers
• Support Test Engineer in legworks and other test engineering related tasks
• Participate in Kaizen activities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in ECE, EE, CpE, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology or related field
• At least 1-2 years experience in manufacturing industry
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of electronics, DMM, oscilloscope, Excel, and semiconductor manufacturing concepts
