Greatek Philippines (formerly onsemi Tarlac) is seeking a qualified Equipment/Process Engineer to manage Final Test equipment and lead NPI trials. You will monitor shift performance, collaborate with technicians, and drive IPQA and 5S standards across the production floor.

The role requires a 3+ year semiconductor background in Final Test/Probe/Mechanical Finish, with CAD familiarity a plus. On-site position in the Philippines offering growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in the semiconductor industry, specifically Final Test, Probe or Mechanical Finish.
• Experience with tester equipment, probe machines, and/or board repair.
• Proficiency or familiarity with CAD is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of Final Test Equipment.
• Equipment Representative for NPI depending on tester equipment.
• Monitor and address shift performance/issues.
• Implement actions with shift technicians to reduce assets.
• Practice IPQA, 5S and Safety with the equipment handled.
• Ensure equipment complies with maintenance requirements stated in quality requirements.
• Be responsible for equipment documentation.
• Own New/Transfer Machine equipment qualification and setup.
• Responsible for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and uptime per model.
• Capable of finding Breakthrough Solutions.
• Monitor performance of equipment handled.
• Improve base equipment performance (e.g., Yield, OEE).
• Act as a standards creator and implementor.
• Own projects for new products/projects.
• Create/update PO Specs.
• Practice Continuous-Improvement-Plan (CIP).
• Take ownership of procedures.
• Ensure availability of spares.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/Electronics/Computer engineering or related engineering course
• Minimum of 3+ Years of experience in the semiconductor industry specifically under Final Test, Probe or Mechanical Finish
• Experience with any of the following: tester equipment, probe machines, and/or board repair
• Proficiency in CAD is a plus
