Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority is hiring an Assessment processing officer for the Training Center in the Philippines. The role involves handling assessment processing, maintaining trainee registries, and coordinating class schedules, while applying library discipline and recording outcomes in EGACE.

The incumbent will monitor trainees’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and conduct induction programs. Eligibility includes Career Service Professional (2nd Level).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
• Career Service Professional (2nd Level Eligibility) required.
• No work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Assessment processing officer in the Training Center.
• Collects and maintains trainee lists; processes registration and class schedules.
• Enforces library rules and maintains trainee records.
• Monitors trainee performance and reports in EGACE and LATMs.
• Conducts Training Induction / Job induction programs.
• Serves as Processing Officer for Assessment and Certification.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
