• Provide Training and Assessment (20%).
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating office targets and performance against indicators (15%).
• Assist in periodic inventory and verification of items; prepare related reports (15%).
• Assist in inventory reporting and reconciliation activities (10%).
• Identify and recommend disposal of non-expendable properties (10%).
• Assist in timely preparation and submission of reports like procurement plan and inspection reports (10%).
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services (10%).
• Monitor status of existing requisitions (5%).
