Qualifications

• Must hold National TVET Training Certificate or Certificate in Trainers Methodology I.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to prepare clear instructional materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic ICT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Organizes training sessions by preparing session plan and learning materials.
• Delivers competency-based training following the approved plan and monitors trainee progress.
• Develops learning materials and LMS contents to improve instruction quality.
• Conducts competency assessments and administers tests for trainees.
• Supervises maintenance of training facilities and equipment functionality.
• Practices quality management by following standards and monitoring implementation.
• Utilizes ICT to facilitate learning through audiovisual and multimedia tools.
• Undertakes research to gather TVET information for material enhancement.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
