Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Training: 8 hours of relevant training.
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and participates in the works of specialists within his/her supervision.
• Conducts research and data-gathering on past and existing policies that may contribute to EBET improvement.
• Facilitates capability-building programs for EBET focals, Industry TVET Boards and EBET Support Integrators.
• Establishes and maintains the database of EBET.
• Monitors the EBET implementation and submits monthly reports to proper offices.
• Participates in Inter-agency meetings on training and employment.
• Conducts site visits and validation at field offices and EBET implementers.
• Designs and establishes monitoring and evaluation procedures for EBET implementations.
• Conceptualizes systems, projects, and programs for grievance mechanisms and inspection procedures.
• Establishes/monitors partnerships with stakeholders on EBET implementation.
