Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales and Marketing in the Philippines to lead a team of sales associates and drive regional growth. You will develop area strategies, coach staff, and push initiatives to hit targets while analyzing market conditions and competitors.

The role requires strong negotiation, reliable work habits, and a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, with 1–2 years in a leadership capacity preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as department/division head of sales and marketing in financial services or retail.
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong work habits.
• Ability to lead sales teams independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the performance of all sales associates to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
• Develops and executes area sales strategies and action plans to consistently achieve targets.
• Analyzes market conditions, competitors, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new opportunities.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies and coaches sales personnel to strengthen capabilities.
• Provides regular coaching and guidance to sales staff to build a high-performing team.

• Leads and oversees the overall performance of all sales associates, ensuring productivity, operational effectiveness.
• Develop and executes assigned area sales strategies, action plans, and initiatives to consistently achieves sales target.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors' activities, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies for underperforming Sales Personnel while recognizing and reinforcing high-performing individuals and teams.
• Provides regular coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to Sales associates to strengthen sales capabilities, improve execution, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years of experiences as department/division head of sales and marketing from a financial service or retail industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills, commitment to agreements, and good work habits
• Prime driver of Sales teams overall success working independently or in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related course
