Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a station supervisor responsible for managing activities at stations, including manpower requirements, monitoring operations, observing competitor strategies, and achieving target sales.

You will report to the Operations Manager and provide detailed reports to Stations Directress, identify sales opportunities through customer research, outline sales strategies, respond to customer complaints with company solutions, and ensure area supervisors' reports are addressed

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to Operations Manager and provides detailed reports to Stations Directress.
• Observes competitor strategies within the assigned region
• Monitors day to day operation concerns of the covered area.
• Discover sales opportunities through customer research
• Outlines efficient sales strategies
• Responds to customer complaints with solution from the company
• Handles Area Supervisors. Ensures all operational concerns reported on station visit reports are addressed and given immediate attention

Job description
