Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking an experienced manager to oversee 80-150 stores in the North Luzon region. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in related fields and at least 8 years in a managerial capacity within F&B or retail. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

The position involves coordinating store maintenance, ensuring SOP-compliant execution, aligning marketing efforts, and preparing utilization reports for leadership review.

Responsibilities

• Manages up to 80-150 stores across North Luzon.
• Ensures timely store maintenance resolutions.
• Executes in-store assignments per SOP and policy.
• Maintains consistent marketing across assigned stores.
• Ensures adherence to company policy and regulations.
• Collaborates with team to plan projects, timelines, and track progress.
• Creates reports and presentations on incidents, targets, and losses.
• Performs market research and analyzes competitor activity.
• Forecasts future zonal/department needs.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably with at least 8 Year(s) of Managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry

• Review, forecast and plan succeeding/future zonal & departmental needs.
