Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Supervisor to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the construction industry (preferred Interior Fit-out/ Achitectural products/services), with a specific focus on coordinating and expanding our presence in the Cebu/Visayas region, Luzon as secondary. Fluency in Bisaya/Cebuano is essential, as this role requires direct communication and relationship-building with clients, contractors, and partners in the Visayas area. Work area will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction, building materials, or industrial supply industry, preferrably interior fit-out or architectural products & services.

• Fluent in Bisaya/Cebuano (spoken and written) — required for client coordination in the Cebu/Visayas region.

• Strong understanding of the construction industry supply chain, materials, and key players (contractors, developers, hardware stores, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel to Cebu and other Visayas locations as needed.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while coordinating remotely with a different region.

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus
