Job Description

The HIG Specialist for Hospital, Biddings, B-C, and Institutional Channel executes all sales activities related to hospital clients, bidding, processes, patients (end users), and institutional channels. The HIG Specialist achieves growth, and establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to hospital, bidding, patients (end user), and institutional channel to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within hospitals, government and institutions to drive successful sales negotiations and contracts.
• Monitor the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PHILGEPS) Website regularly.
• Identify leads for bidding opportunities.
• Participate in bidding process for contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements and maximizing the chance to win bids (BID to WIN).
• Meet the specific needs of healthcare institutions and bidding opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector.
• Implement sales activities, achieve performance metrics, and submit regular reports to direct superior to assess progress against target.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the healthcare sector.
• Lead and supervise sales/ethical team, providing guidance, coaching, and training when HIG expands to enhance their performance and productivity.
