Career Opportunity: Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions
• Promote and sell medical supplies and/or medical equipment to healthcare professionals
• Present product features, benefits, and proper usage to doctors, nurses, technicians, and purchasing staff
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and field activity documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards

Qualifications:

• Must be residing in Cebu, Mandaue, Ormoc (Leyte), or Tacloban
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical, sales, or customer service roles
• Educational background:
  • Any graduate of a medical-related course such as Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, or other allied health courses
  • Graduates of computer-related courses are also welcome to apply
• Willing to be assigned and travel within the following areas:
  • Beliran, Samar, Northern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, and Cebu

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently

Compensation & Commission

• HMO coverage up to ₱195,000 with 1 dependent
