Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Representative to grow our hardware and construction business in the assigned territory.

You will develop new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive regional sales growth through client visits, presentations, and tailored quotations. You will monitor market trends, coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, and retail accounts within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
