Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Representative to develop new business, manage accounts, and drive sales in the assigned territory within the hardware and construction sector.

You will travel within the region to meet clients, present promotions, and negotiate quotes to achieve monthly and yearly targets. A valid driver’s license and CRM/Microsoft Office skills are preferred, with room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, and retail accounts within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present products, promotions, and marketing programs to customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
