Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Representative in the Philippines to develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.

You will travel within the territory, present products, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Marketing or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, and retail accounts within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present products, promotions, and marketing programs to customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
