Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Representative to grow the hardware and construction business by developing new accounts and strengthening relationships within the assigned territory.

The role requires travel, client meetings, and meeting sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. A proven sales background and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, and retail accounts within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present products, promotions, and marketing programs to customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
