Qoala Philippines is growing and seeks a Territory Sales Executive based in San Mateo to drive sales across Rizal and North NCR, overseeing frontline promoters and ensuring promotions run smoothly. The role focuses on field execution, store visits, and performance tracking.

You will coach promoters, coordinate with store staff, and travel within the territory to hit daily targets. A strong field sales background is essential for success.

Qualificações

• At least 2–3 years of field sales or retail sales experience.
• Experience managing promoters or frontline sales staff is highly preferred.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and action-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with daily targets and performance tracking.
• Able to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Clear and firm communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Cover and manage multiple stores/malls within an assigned city.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, sales performance, and execution quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with store PICs, frontline leaders, and staff.
• Track daily and weekly store-level sales performance and identify gaps.
• Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across assigned stores; provide coaching.
• Ensure promotions are executed correctly; monitor in-store visibility and pricing.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day store or promoter issues; support store operations.
• Prepare routine store and frontline performance reports; update stakeholders.
