Job summary

Qoala Philippines is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales across assigned stores in the territory. You will ensure frontline staff perform, store operations run smoothly, and promotions are executed with strong compliance.

You will coordinate mobile promoters, monitor daily sales, and escalate issues as needed while traveling within the territory to meet targets and build partnerships with retail stores.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in field or retail sales.
• Experience managing promoters or frontline staff preferred.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, action-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with daily targets and performance tracking.
• Able to build effective relationships with store staff and frontline leaders.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cover and manage multiple stores within an assigned city/territory.
• Monitor store operations, sales performance, and execution quality.
• Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across stores.
• Ensure promotions are executed correctly and maintain in-store visibility.
• Provide routine performance reports to internal stakeholders.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory.
