Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales across assigned stores in Manila. You will ensure frontline staff perform, manage store operations, and execute promotions with compliance.

You will visit multiple stores, train promoters, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams. This role requires travel within the territory and a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in field or retail sales.
• Experience managing promoters or frontline staff.
• Comfortable with daily targets and performance tracking.
• Willing to travel frequently within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover and manage multiple stores within an assigned city.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations and sales performance.
• Build relationships with store PICs, frontline leaders, and staff.
• Track daily and weekly store-level sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor sell-out execution and alignment with targets.
• Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across stores.
• Onboard, refresher train, and coach frontline staff.
• Ensure promoters understand targets, product knowledge, and selling standards.
• Escalate systemic issues to Partnership Associate when needed.
• Ensure promotions are executed correctly and consistently.
• Monitor pricing and in-store visibility; ensure POP placement.
