Qoala Philippines invites a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales across assigned stores in San Mateo and surrounding Rizal & North NCR areas. You will coordinate promoters, ensure store operations run smoothly, and execute promotions with accuracy across multiple malls.

The role focuses on execution excellence, frontline staff coaching, and day-to-day performance management, with frequent travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales or retail sales.
• Experience managing promoters or frontline staff is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Cover and manage multiple stores/malls within an assigned city.
• Track daily and weekly store-level sales performance.
• Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across assigned stores.
• Ensure promotions are executed correctly and consistently across stores.
• Ensure store-level compliance with company standards and guidelines.
• Prepare routine store and frontline performance reports.
