Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in field or retail sales.
• Experience managing promoters or frontline sales staff is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with daily targets and performance tracking.
• Able to build relationships with store staff and frontline leaders.
• Clear communicator who can influence without direct authority.
• Able to coach, motivate, and guide promoters in the field.

Responsibilities

• Cover and manage multiple stores/malls within an assigned city.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, sales performance, and execution quality.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store PICs, frontline leaders and staff.
• Track daily and weekly store-level sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions at store or frontline level.
• Monitor sell-out execution and ensure alignment with sales targets.
• Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across assigned stores.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and on-the-job coaching for frontline staff.
• Ensure all promotions are executed correctly and consistently across stores.
• Ensure store-level compliance with company standards and guidelines.
