Job summary

DPO Consumer Goods Trading in Quezon Province is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth across the province.

You will supervise Sales Executives, develop strategies, monitor performance, and build key customer relationships while ensuring compliance and timely reporting. Regular fieldwork within Quezon Province is required, with incentives and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales management, territory management, or field sales.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales planning, customer acquisition, account management and KPI monitoring.
• Willing to travel within Quezon Province.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop Sales Executives within Quezon Province.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, area coverage, and team performance.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, customer acquisition, and account development.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and provide performance feedback to Sales Executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Support the team in resolving customer concerns and sales challenges.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the Brand Manager and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
