Job summary

Qoala Philippines is expanding its dynamic insurtech team and seeks a field-based Retail Sales professional. You will manage electronics retail store partnerships, onboard new dealers, and drive insurance product sales in regional markets.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or dealer management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace. Travel across South Mindanao will be common, with incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Retail Sales, Field Sales, Account Management, or Dealer Management.
• Preferably from Gadget/electronics industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: main contact for existing electronics retail stores, ensuring partner satisfaction and success.
• Business Expansion: prospect, onboard, and integrate new device dealers/stores to grow Qoala's market presence.
• Training & Performance: conduct product training for store staff and track sales performance to boost insurance sales.
• Relationship Building: cultivate strong professional relationships with store personnel and management.
