Job summary

Much Prosperity Trading International, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator/Territory Officer to drive sales growth across the assigned territory in the Philippines.

You will ensure excellent store execution, product availability, and merchandising standards while maintaining strong relationships with Store Managers and concession partners. The role requires field work and travel within the territory, with a focus on executing promotions, monitoring inventory, and supporting marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; undergraduate is welcome to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Retail Operations (SM, Gaisano group, other local retail stores), or Field Work is an advantage.
• Knowledge in inventory monitoring and merchandising is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to do field work and travel within the assigned territory.(Gaisano Cagayan, Butuan, Carmen)

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Ensure proper implementation of planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.
• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and delivery status to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items and provide recommendations for replenishment.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the territory.
• Ensure proper deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
• Support marketing campaigns, store activations, and trade events.
• Prepare and submit territory reports, sales updates, and store performance evaluations.
