Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead a team of sales associates, drive revenue, and ensure operational effectiveness across the region.

The role requires strategic planning, performance coaching, and strong negotiation skills to meet targets while building a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture within a financial services or retail context.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience as department head of sales and marketing in financial services or retail.
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong work habits.
• Ability to lead sales teams independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and oversees the overall performance of all sales associates, ensuring productivity, operational effectiveness.
• Develop and executes assigned area sales strategies, action plans, and initiatives to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors' activities, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies for underperforming Sales Personnel while recognizing and reinforcing high-performing individuals and teams.
• Provides regular coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to Sales associates to strengthen sales capabilities, improve execution, and develop a high-performing sales team.
